Yeah, I always hated that, but to love the character one must love their looks and I've tried giving him a normal head and it just doesn't feel like himself at all then. :/
Meh, maybe he was born like that, which caused a horrible childhood which cause him to turn evil.
Funny part is....his brain should be smaller than usual to fit in there.
Maybe he replaced it with a chip!
