Thanks for a GREAT picture of this charming scene Marama. Seeing Willy be able to let down his defenses long enough to bask in simple joys is a pleasure. For all men, it is a rare opportunity to able to be gentle without judgement being placed upon you. You portrayed the scene just as I imagined it only Charlie looks just a bit older than I would see him. However, that does not spoil the excellent poses or features whatsoever - it is difficult to draw them as you did and make them look fluid.

Oh, I read the story and I'm keeping an eye on it. It's fantastic! I'll bedrawing more scenes from it. I'm glad you like. Yes CHarlie look just way too old. I fixed him in the other drawings tho.

I suddenly realized that I have never commented directly on Deviantart on this picture.

So, at least it's not and not never.

I adore this picture, and it did me a great honor to get this drawn for me. I loved this so much, in fact, that I had printed it out right after you posted it (after I recovered from the heart-attack it insued) and had it up on my tackboard for over a year. I still own the picture, and I treasure it. You have no idea how good this made me feel, and still does. It inspired me to write more, and it still is.

Looking through you gallery has inspired me to draw some more, and mabye do some of my own art for my fanfiction, and get to finishing the tale that I love to weave.
