EDIT: it can has Green Hill BG
I am not fully satisfied with it but everyone else seems to like it so. *smack self* shut up perfectionist!
Meh.
It was rushed. It is crappy and I don't give a damn. (the BG that is)
First time using watercolors in class. I had used them when I was younger from those coloring books that had little sticker circles where you could dip a brush in water then on the circles as they had watercolors in them and paint. I also remember having a cheap set and I did some painting I wish I could find now.
Anyway. Because I didn't want to try anything big in case I screwed up and got frustrated halfway I went with the easiest thing for me. Sonic. So, quick Sonic drawing. Don't care much how he looks, (the torso's a but too long I know) used Sharpies to ink in case regular pens run with the water and started experimenting a bit with it. I do like the results. I was reminded how annoying is to make the guy with his arms crossed because of his hands being so damn huge.

The foremost fin of his head was the part I started with so if you look closer you'll see some lines that came out back because it was before I got used to blending and was getting frustrated with it.
Next class this saturday I'll go for a BG and post a larger image.
Still not as I wanted them but this was just starters practice.
