I've been drawing since I was little and I'm a very bad teacher. I also don't have a lot of time to do tutorials and sometimes not even to draw for myself anymore. I have thought about some before but just don't have the chance to make them. Best advice for hands is to look at your own.
Just look at other artist and try and find "how to draw" books. I've learned everything I know by myself with a lot of practice and experimenting. Just don't stick to one style and learn some realism and anatomy from books.
